The Shiloh CDC is sponsoring the Genice Armstrong Memorial Bi-Wog-Run for Foster Care & Adoption Awareness.

We are extremely grateful that you have chosen to join the Reverend Dr. Darrell L. Armstrong in raising awareness about the thousands of New Jersey children who are in need of foster and/or adoptive families by supporting this biannual event named in honor of his mother, Ms. Armstrong, and foster /adoptive care advocate Ms. Woods. An alumnus of the foster care system, Reverend Armstrong works tirelessly to strengthen families by addressing issues that impact their physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. The funds you help to raise through this event will be used to bolster those efforts and to provide support for children currently navigating the foster/adoptive system.

We appreciate your support in joining Shiloh’s Pastor, the Reverend Dr. Darrell L. Armstrong, to raise awareness about an issue affecting hundreds of thousands of American children, namely, children who need foster and/or “forever” adoptive homes.

This biannual event honors the late Ms. Genice Armstrong[45-yrs], Pastor’s deceased Mother, and child advocate extraordinaire, the late Ms. Catherine Mae Woods.

Funds raised will shared with other national and local child and family serving agencies such as APSAC (American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children): www.APSAC.org
